Davis County staff and outside consultants presented a countywide Active Transportation Plan and Kaysville city officials requested county participation in a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) for downtown redevelopment. Commissioners discussed funding sources, right-of-way limits, maintenance responsibilities and next steps: plan adoption on the commission agenda and a referral of the CRA to the commission for consideration.
