The Duchesne County Commission met on Dec. 9, 2024. Commissioners approved a one-year renewal of the county's contracted justice-court public defender, accepted tax adjustments and abatements, reappointed several board members and heard a presentation from private developers proposing a donated cleanup of a dirt pile behind the Chevron in Duchesne City that would require landfill coordination with Wasatch County.
