King County Planning and Zoning Commission met Oct. 9, 2024, and recommended a residential zone change east of Lone Spur, approved several lot-joiners and administrative plats, and set a precedent requiring physical, on-the-ground verification of lot corners before approving certain lot-joiners. The commission conditionally recommended multiple zone changes and administrative plat amendments to the county commission and adjourned after votes.
