King County Planning and Zoning Commission met Nov. 13, 2024, and considered multiple subdivision lot-joiners and plats, a zone change for Midnight Properties, an easement vacation/dedication on Spencer Bench Road, a compliance review of a previously divided parcel, and a broad discussion about whether amended plats require on‑the‑ground survey verification; the commission voted to leave its prior policy in place and approved the listed plats and motions.
