Danville Planning Commission on Dec. 9 reviewed five public-hearing items: a multi-site signage waiver request from Danville Public Schools, a rezoning request for 1819 North Main (vape retail) that the commission recommended denying, and approvals or recommendations for a 4-person group home, rezoning at 924 Arnett Blvd., and a density waiver at 553 Lynn Street; all recommendations will go to City Council in January.
