Roseburg City Library Commission reviewed a banner month of circulation with nearly 11,000 checkouts, discussed summer and fall programming including a hybrid author event and makerspace expansion, reported grant activity (Ready to Read application) and Spanish-language collection growth, and opened recruitment for two part-time library aides.
