The Roseburg City Homeless Commission met in August to discuss proposed changes to the citys prohibited camping ordinance following recent court rulings, review shelter and bed capacity across local providers, and receive an update from the Navigation Center on recent housing placements and wait-list statistics. Commissioners agreed to keep tracking litigation and service capacity and will compile an agency bed-inventory for the next meeting.
