At a Woodside Town ASRV meeting, planners and neighbors reviewed a conceptual design for a new residence and attached ADU at 5 Palm Circle Road; the board voted to advance the project to formal design review and staff will follow up with the applicant and public commentators. Planning staff also reported recent Planning Commission recommendations to expand ADU allowances and to carry related housing-element changes to the Town Council on Dec. 10.
