The ASRB met to consider several design review items, including a continued conceptual review for 506 Eastview Way after neighborhood concerns about removed eucalyptus and drainage, and a conceptual review of a multi-structure project on Woodside Road that includes a greenhouse requiring a conditional use permit; the board voted to require a landscape plan and civil/drainage review for 506 Eastview Way and to forward the Woodside Road project to planning commission with story-pole installation.
