The Calistoga Planning Commission on Nov. 13 approved a design review to renovate the ground-floor exterior of a historic commercial building at 1364 Lincoln Avenue for a restaurant and bar, and heard a directors report updating numerous development projects across the city, including affordable housing, a resiliency microgrid, and multiple subdivisions and resort proposals.
