Calistoga City Council heard extensive public comment and directed staff to pursue broad public engagement on the newly acquired fairgrounds, approved purchase of a nearly $990,000 Type 1 fire engine using reserve funds, adopted Green Committee recommendations on the county Regional Climate Action and Adaptation Plan with a small amendment, and authorized staffing and a contract amendment for building and planning services.
