At the May 21 Calistoga City Council meeting residents packed the chamber to protest a recent decision to reduce funding for the Calistoga Boys & Girls Club Teen Center; the council directed staff to bring the item back for reconsideration. Council also voted to allow mobile food vendors on private property in the downtown commercial (DC) district after heated debate about parking and impacts on brick-and-mortar businesses.
