The Loomis Town Council met to handle regular business including a town manager report, library and chamber updates, public comments, and several substantive policy discussions: direction to staff on forming a three-jurisdiction solid-waste JPA, approval to advertise a revised shade/trees/shade-sail project for the downtown plaza, and direction to staff to pursue neighborhood outreach and a speed study for Rutherford Canyon traffic calming.
