At a work session, members of the Eastern Summit County Agriculture Preservation and Open Lands Advisory Committee heard a presentation from Summerland Conservancy on a proposed conservation easement for the Wire Ranch (also called YO Ranch Maximiliano / Max Oak Meadow) and approved funding subject to contractual assurances that irrigation water remain applied to the property.
