The Eastern Summit County Agriculture Preservation and Open Lands Advisory Committee met Dec. 14 but lacked a quorum and did not vote on a $250,000 ESAP funding request for a conservation easement on the Wright family’s Echo Canyon property; the presenter said most funding would come from NRCS and a large landowner donation, and county staff said a related $600,000 OSAC request has been forwarded to the county manager for signature.
