Summit County Council received updates on the Kimball Junction Environmental Impact Statement and discussed a draft RFP and development strategy for the Klein/Dolly (Cline) property, including a long debate over timing, appraisal/exchange with the fire district, zoning choices and affordability targets. Council approved a series of procedural items and appointments and voted to abate/refund a tax overpayment for one property owner.
