Middletown Township Board of Supervisors met to handle routine business and several substantive items: rejecting bids for a drainage project as over budget, approving purchase of a small parcel adjacent to Firefighters Park, updating the township stormwater ordinance to meet PA DEP MS4 requirements, authorizing planning and bid advertisements for several capital projects, and adopting a resolution opposing the proposed sale of Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority assets to Aqua Pennsylvania.
