DeKalb County Council met on Nov. 13, 2024, approving a series of budget additions and transfers — including a $20,000 coroner appropriation, emergency‑management and highway overrun payments and a large set of ARPA transfers — and passed an ordinance awarding a $5,000 stipend to Highway Superintendent Ben Parker. The council also received an airport update and discussed possibly moving some meetings to evening hours.
