Clear Lake City Council met March 21, 2024. Council heard presentations on adoptable shelter dogs and the PEG TV annual report, approved a resolution supporting Chelsea Investment’s HOME funding application for an 80‑unit affordable housing project, and held a public hearing and first reading of an ordinance to move fire mitigation fee setting to resolution with a consultant presentation of a nexus study and extensive council and public questioning.
