Springville City Council approved joining a UAMPS baseload power purchase agreement and adopted a package of updated impact-fee ordinances for drinking water, pressurized irrigation, stormwater, wastewater collection and treatment after public hearings. The council also accepted an annexation petition (S & K) for further study and received updates on the 1600 South/US‑6 corridor project.
