Springfield City Council held a work session and regular meeting that included: an annual update and audit presentation from the Springfield Utility Board (SUB); a detailed briefing and Q&A on the 40 Second Street levee feasibility study with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; a regional Climate Friendly and Equitable Communities (CFEC) scenario update on performance measures; a public hearing and council adoption of revised planning application fees with amendments; and authorization of a one-year lease for 325 N. Brooklyn Street.
