The purpose of Public Comment is to allow community members to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public hearing. A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Public Comment will not exceed thirty minutes in total. 7.1 Community Development Code 2024-2025 Annual Amendments – (LU 24-0029)
The Commission will hold a hearing to consider the proposed text amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC). Staff coordinator is Evan Fransted, AICP, Senior Planner.

8.1 Planning Commission Goals and Work Program - Work Session 2
The Commission will be asked to provide direction on a draft work plan to support relevant 2024 City Council Goals and Initiatives. Staff coordinator is Erik Olson, Long Range Planning Manager.
