The Island Planning Commission met to handle design review for a remodel at 411 Oleander St. (Unit A), which the commission approved, and to hear a rezone request for a 0.13-acre parcel on Ocean Boulevard where staff and applicants discussed lot-size, tree protections and whether the proposed single-family design resembles a duplex.
