Peachtree City Council heard a large public-comment turnout over the Crabapple Lane golf-cart gate, received a Planning Commission presentation proposing a Unified Development Ordinance and village-center overlays, and voted on a senior property-tax exemption, a backyard-chickens ordinance, a special-use permit for a redevelopment of the former Kmart building, and a residential variance.
