Gonzales County Commissioners Court met in July 2024 to handle routine county business: approval of minutes and reports, several surplus and auction authorizations, preliminary plats and a subdivision exception, service and lease agreements supporting the sheriffs office, and a payout of dispatcher holiday balances. County Attorney Paul Watkins raised an immediate need for expanded digital backup storage and said he will prepare a budget amendment.
