Uvalde County Commissioners Court met to adopt a courthouse emergency operations plan, award a CDBG-funded Kanipa waterline contract, approve routine appointments and restrictions for the holiday season, adopt the county clerks preservation plan, and hear reports; several items passed by voice vote and Commissioner Bates announced his retirement.
