Starr County Commissioners held a regular court in November. They approved routine items including a new vendors list, claims, budget amendments and corrections, authorized a resolution to apply for a Texas Community Development Block Grant for paving, heard the tax collector's October collections report, and returned from an executive session on salaries with a motion to approve related actions.
