The New Prague City Council held its Nov. 18 meeting where councilmembers vacated a THC-ordinance fine after an appeal, advanced a $12 million police station project into construction documents, introduced two cannabis-related ordinances for first reading, debated (but did not vote on) a large housing tax-abatement request, and reviewed enterprise fund budgets and proposed utility rate increases.
