Chair opened the virtual meeting, explained remote participation rules under chapter 20 of the acts of 2021 and COVID-19 measures, technical support contact, mute/raise-hand procedures, recording notice, and where to find materials at capecodcommission.org/mpo. Chair said roll call will be taken for each action.
This was a virtual meeting of the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) on 2022-03-21 covering roll call, approval of minutes, a public participation plan presentation, 2023 UPWP project recommendations (moved for public comment), TIP Amendment 2 (released for 21-day comment), a presentation on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and regional implications, and selection of the draft 2023–2027 TIP slate (including Dennis Route 28 Streetscape Phase 2).
