The Utah Outdoor Adventure Commission met in a hybrid session to hear a strategic-planning update from Utah State researchers, review a draft rubric for funding and project prioritization, discuss a new Recreation Coordinated Investment Initiative proposal, and receive notification of proposed rule changes to the off-highway-vehicle (OHV) grant program expanding allowable uses for access-protection funds.
