Clemson City Council held its Dec. 10, 2024 meeting, heard public comment on homelessness, stormwater/runoff and development, received reports on transit funding and accounting policy changes, scheduled a public hearing on vested rights after storm damage, and approved several policy items including an infrastructure reimbursement agreement, an arts facility funding plan, and a revised ethics/code-of-conduct policy.
