The Senate Revenue & Tax committee passed a House Concurrent Resolution urging Congress to extend tax cuts, approved HB 10-26 to prohibit Arkansas cities and counties from imposing an income tax, and deferred HB 11-43 (defining disabled veterans' homestead exemptions) for further drafting and an acreage limit amendment.
