At a special Nov. 21, 2024 meeting, the Eagle Pass Planning and Zoning body considered and approved a preliminary plat for “Unit 5,” a roughly 27.04‑acre subdivision containing 69 residential lots, two commercial lots and a 3.67‑acre parkland donation; approval was conditioned on resolving several engineering comments, including drainage and easement surfacing and outstanding traffic analysis questions.
