Herriman City Council met April 9, 2025. The council (1) approved a first amendment to a tax increment participation agreement for the Commons at Herriman Town Center after debate and a recorded 1 no vote, (2) authorized a $32,000 study to update the Rose Creek flood plain (58 parcels expected to be removed), and (3) approved a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with Land Reserve for a property swap and MDA amendments.
