Belgrade City Council met to hear a parks-and-recreation master plan presentation, provisionally adopt a tree-and-shrub ordinance creating a tree fund and city forester position, amend a previous water-storage resolution to allow site and design flexibility and short-term interfund loaning for land acquisition, and cancel the March 17 meeting.
