The Mississippi Commission on Teacher and Administrator Education, Certification, Licensure and Development met Jan. 5, 2024, heard a presentation from the Mississippi Department of Education on the 2023 educator preparation provider report, approved recommending the I Teach Mississippi non‑traditional pathway for state board consideration with new oversight conditions, and ratified seven agreed orders involving educator licensure actions.
