Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors held a full agenda including public comment on a proposed wood‑pellet project, a heated debate and final action on a resolution about hate crimes/equal protection, adoption of midyear budget adjustments that include permanent cuts and layoffs, and a change to county building public hours. Several staff reports and recognitions were also presented.
