The Ames City Planning and Zoning Commission heard public comment and staff and applicant presentations on a proposed PUD rezoning and preliminary plat for 113 North Dakota ("Dakota Towns"). After extended public testimony raising tree loss, slope, setback, density, stormwater and open-space concerns, the commission voted to recommend denial (alternative 3) to the City Council and forwarded findings for Council consideration.
