Sayreville Planning Board reviewed two redevelopment referrals — one authorizing a study of a mini-mall area and another recommending amendments to the Hercules redevelopment plan that change a planned roadway into a cul-de-sac and require a new roadway to be built and permitted before certificates of occupancy are issued.
