The Town of Concord Historical Commission met virtually on Nov. 7, 2024. Commissioners conducted a Section 106 review and voted that a proposed roof-mounted solar PV system at 555 Hugh Cargill Road would have no adverse effect, heard public-comment and design feedback on a proposed memorial panel project for a state-run cemetery, received updates on Wright Tavern preservation grants and planned work, and discussed logistics for a November 14 public forum on the draft historic‑preservation plan.
