The City of Summit Zoning Board of Adjustment held a hearing on Dec. 2, 2024, that included approval of a steep-slope disturbance variance for 33 Prospect Hill (Happy Life Group LLC), continuation of a major tree/landscape and steep-slope application for 29 Ridge Road to Dec. 16, and approval of bulk/setback variances (including an attached carport in a flood-impacted area) for 77 West End Ave. The board also adopted 2025 meeting dates and moved into closed session for contract/professional matters.
