The Town of Falmouth Planning Board met to consider routine approvals and multiple site-plan and special-permit items (small commercial manufacturing buildings, accessory apartment and zoning bylaw amendments). The board approved several endorsements and agreed to forward positive motions for final votes at the Sept. 10 meeting, and opened detailed discussion of a package of zoning bylaw changes including the mixed-use overlay and accessory apartment updates.
