Bourbon County Commission met to review a proposed flat mill levy budget with line-item adjustments, heard public comments on transmission lines, road maintenance and economic development, received the Industrial Solar Committees recommendations on setbacks, fire safety and zoning, approved consent payments and set a public hearing on the budget.
