The Town of Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals held a regular hearing that opened with procedure reminders, then considered continuances and multiple special-permit applications including reconstruction at 357 West Falmouth Highway, a second-floor expansion at 10 Crown Avenue, a proposed six-unit conversion at 15 Beeman Lane (continued), a third garage bay at 218 Carriage Shop Road, and alterations at 96 Bridal Street. Several items were approved with conditions; the Beeman Lane proposal drew extended public concern and was continued to Nov. 21 for more information and neighborhood outreach.
