Bourbon County Commission met in late December to hear public comment on cemetery records and tax-exemption concerns, approve several Freeman-related agreements, authorize a $36,000 transfer to fund a sheriff financial review, consider utility and other routine permits, and set the redistricting vendor presentation for the next meeting.
