Day 37 of the 2009 Utah Senate floor session: senators heard an invocation and pledge, completed roll call, processed committee reports, debated and voted on a series of bills and resolutions including a joint resolution on nuclear power, amendments to court filing fees and small-claims jurisdiction, GRAMA amendments, and the "unborn child pain" bill. Multiple bills were circled/uncircled and several items were forwarded to the House.
