The Utah Senate met in session to receive committee reports, assign bills to committees and take second-reading action on several bills including measures on driver-license disclosure, street-racing penalties, transit security, motor-vehicle arbitration, juvenile diversion and nonprofit corporate law before adjourning to reconvene the following morning.
