The Utah State Senate convened an eleventh extraordinary session called by Gov. Norman H. Bangerter (proclamation dated Nov. 30, 1992) to consider and act on a series of executive-branch appointments. The Senate adopted rules for the session, unanimously consented to the governor’s appointments by roll call, acknowledged departing members and adjourned sine die.
