The Utah House met for its 12th day of the 2007 session. Lawmakers opened with prayer and the pledge, adopted several committee reports, debated and passed bills including concurrent enrollment revisions, mortgage-fraud enforcement upgrades, motor-vehicle arbitration changes, a traumatic brain injury fund, concealed-weapons fee changes, and county-option transportation financing; several bills were forwarded to the Senate or circled for later action.
