Norwalk City Council met June 5, 2025. Major items included a presentation on the ICON Water Trails regional initiative, a lengthy public request and council debate about planting trees in a stormwater detention area (council designated the area as stormwater detention and declined to allow the resident to plant there), and a series of resolutions approving grant applications, trail and facility projects, personnel and budget adjustments.
